In 1983 Stephen
Raeburn opened Nationwide Tarps, Inc. with one sewing machine, a small
storefront and the vision of becoming a nationwide business. More
than two decades later his dream continues to be realized under the
D.B.A. NTI Global; with 9 corporate divisions containing customers and
distributors around the world.
NTI Global stays at the
forefront of markets with constant innovation and new products through the motto
"Tomorrow's reality, today!"™
With capabilities of
vertical manufacturing straight from resin or converting products, NTI Global is
at heart a services business fitting the needs of an ever changing global
economy. With over 200,000 square feet of production space, NTI Global
manufactures, converts, warehouses and sells retail.
Most recently Stephen
Raeburn’s sons, Benal and Sarek Raeburn, have become full time employees after
graduating with bachelors degrees from Pace University and Kings College,
respectively.
As the business passes
ownership from one generation to the next, NTI Global has remained family owned
and will continue to be under the complete ownership and management of the
Raeburn family.
When asked about his
entrance into the business full time Sarek stated, Growing up around the
business has allowed us to learn from our father and the company. After many
years of watching and participating after school and during weekends, I look
forward to the challenge and enjoyment of taking my fathers dream and making it
a reality.
Benal Raeburn added further
by stating, While most kids were enjoying their summer afternoons we were at
Nationwide Tarps pulling piles and learning every facet of the company. Now at
the age of 24 our father is passing us the torch just as we will someday pass
the torch to the 3rd generation of the Raeburn family.
