NTI Global believes in providing a simple and easy online shopping experience for their customers. If you find you are experiencing any issues with your online shopping experience with NTI Global you will find answer to common questions below.

Browsing & Ordering Products:

Browsing and purchasing products has never been easier with NTI Global! To browse our products simply choose the area you wish to browse:

In the left hand sidebar you will see products related to the particular category you have chosen. Simply choose the product you wish to browse and review that particular products detail, choose your quantity, click add to cart and either continue shopping or checkout. It's that easy, with NTI Global!

Once the checkout process is complete you will receive an email from NTI Global with your order information and when your order is processed and shipped you will be notified via email.

Receiving Order Emails & Order Confirmations

If you have placed an online order with NTI Global and have NOT received your confirmation email please check your emails "Junk" or "Spam" folder and set your email clients spam settings to allow email from ntiglobal.com.

Next log into your "My Account" and ensure that you have provided NTI Global with a valid and correct email address to reach you with.

Creating a Online Account With NTI Global:

Creating a "My Account" online account with NTI Global is easy! Simply click on the "My Account" link found in the top right of this website or click here and fill out your billing and shipping addresses and choose your username and password and you're done!

When you wish to make purchases with our custom online shopping system, log in with your username and password and the cart will pre-populate your shipping and billing information to make your shopping experience with NTI Global as smooth as possible.

If at any time you wish to change your shipping or billing information simply log into your "My Account" and update your information.

Logging Into Your "My Account":

To log into your "My Account" click here and enter the username and password you created when you created your "My Account" account with NTI Global.

If at any time you wish to change your shipping or billing information simply log into your "My Account" and update your information.

Viewing Your "My Account" Order History:

To view your previous order history with NTI Global, log into your "My Account" and click on "Order History" at the top of the page.

For ease of browsing, your orders are displayed by your latest order first. To view a particular orders details simply click on the "View Invoice" link under each order brief and you will be shown that particular orders details.
