NTI Global accepts returns on any unused product. All items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping back to our New York location. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-947-7767X116 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and further instructions.
NTI Global provides a warranty on all of our tunnels and equipment against defect in materials and workmanship; subject only to the payment of shipping back to our plant by the customer.

Please understand, however that for any damage or delay occurs during shipping, NTI Global will provide reasonable assistance in processing a claim against the carrier, but will not be responsible for any such damage or delay. Damage occurring transit should be noted on the bill of lading and immediately reported to the carrier.
Inspect Your Tunnel as soon as it arrives:
Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect the item or items in full detail to make certain the product is in satisfactory condition. If any issue needs to be addressed with your item or items ordered we ask that you contact our Customer Service Department immediately.
All warranties, express or implied expire after 12 months from date of original purchase. All warranty claims are evaluated on a case by case basis. Natural wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
